A seminar to talk about the state of the art and the future perspectives of the rewilding in our Country.

In recent days, the staff and volunteers of Rewilding Apennines and Salviamo l’Orso, during some monitoring and control activities carried out together with the Carabinieri Forestali and the Surveillance Service of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park, have found a total of the carcasses of nine wolves, five Griffon vultures and two Common ravens, all of whom died of poisoning.

The Italian association Paliurus aims to protect and restore a wilder delta by developing a sustainable nature-based tourism paradigm on the Adriatic coast, supporting local jobs while enhancing nature. Joining the European Rewilding Network will help the initiative amplify its message and increase community engagement.

Rewilding Apennines and Università Agraria of Castel Madama agreed on a memorandum of understanding to manage a 360-ha land at Bosco della Selva following rewilding principles.
