Rewilding Apennines is seeking a video content creator to highlight the network of enterprises for coexistence.
Rewilding Apennines is looking for a professional in video production and editing to creatively and engagingly tell the stories of the people involved in the network of enterprises for coexistence.
This network was established within the LIFE Bear-Smart Corridors initiative, which aims to ensure the expansion of the Marsican brown bear in the Central Apennines by improving its habitat and working with local communities through the “Bear-Smart Communities” model. Currently, the network consists of about 35 enterprises, both local and non-local, which include farmers, breeders, artisans, and various types of tourism businesses. These enterprises share the principles of coexistence and collaborate with Rewilding Apennines to promote the rewilding movement.
The videos will aim to highlight the experiences of the entrepreneurs, the products they create, and the connection of people with the landscape of the Central Apennines, following the “People, Product, Place” approach.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Knowledge of the rewilding approach and the initiatives of Rewilding Apennines in the Central Apennines.
- Sensitivity towards the relationship between traditional responsible human activities and nature in the Central Apennines. Knowledge of the landscape and the dynamics related to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is appreciated.
- Strong communication skills through the use of images, videos, and text (a portfolio for review is required).
- Knowledge of Italian language.
